WomenConnect launches book club
To facilitate meaningful dialogue and connections across the firm, WomeConnect invited employees to select three titles for the year and volunteer as discussion facilitators.
Mental Health Awareness month
Throughout the month, employees had access to mindfulness sessions and expert-led webinars as well as ongoing access to benefits like One Medical Mindset and Headspace memberships.
Celebrating Pride month
Members of PrideConnect kicked off Pride Month by decorating for the Center on Halsted Queer Youth Prom. Celebrations continued with a spin class and PrideConnect's annual ice cream social.
Financial Empowerment month
Mesirow hosted a variety of employee education sessions on key financial topics led by Mesirow Wealth Advisors and industry professionals.

Summer internship program
Each summer, Mesirow welcomes college students to gain hands-on industry experience across the firm. Over the course of a 9-week program, talented students leverage their unique backgrounds, knowledge and ideas in support of optimal business solutions and tailored products.
Rotational Analyst program
The Rotational Analyst program serves undergraduate or master's students focused on careers in financial services. This two-year program consists of four six-month rotations across businesses including Private Capital and Currency. Participants engage with the firm's diverse business lines, make firmwide connections, and develop critical leadership skills.
Upon completion of the two-year program, participants have an opportunity join one of our business units on a full-time basis.
Tuition reimbursement
Mesirow has a long history of supporting employees as they obtain additional certifications and degrees. The firm offers a robust tuition reimbursement for both undergraduate and post-graduate education. In addition, Mesirow is among 7% of employers that provide a Student Loan Assistance Program, reinforcing its commitment to long-term financial and professional growth.
Continuing education

Employees receive complimentary access to LinkedIn Learning, which offers more than 24,000 on-demand curate courses, professional certifications, and hands-on practice resources designed to develop critical skills and support continuous learning.
Additionally, Mesirow partners with the CFA Institute to provide employees access to a broad range of educational offerings at a discounted rate.
Leadership development
Mesirow partners with the Executives’ Club of Chicago to provide employees access to a variety of leadership development and networking opportunities. Through this partnership, employees can participate in programming designed to strengthen leadership capabilities and expand professional networks.
