Registered investment advisers and broker/dealers are required to provide Form CRS Relationship Summary to retail investors.

Form CRS describes:

  • The types of services Mesirow offers

  • The fees and costs you will have to pay for those services

  • Conflicts of interest and standards of conduct with the services we offer

  • Whether a firm and its financial professionals have reportable legal or disciplinary history, and

  • Key questions, or conversation starters, to ask your financial professional
