Caleb Ezell is a Senior Vice President in Mesirow Equity Management. Caleb has more than 5 years of financial industry experience and over 8 years of experience in the health care industry. 

Prior to joining Mesirow in 2022, Caleb was a Specialty Pharmaceuticals Analyst at Jefferies. Before that, he was at Stephens Inc. where he served as an Equity Research Associate covering Healthcare Services. Prior to that role he served as Director of Business Development at Claris Healthcare Inc, a digital healthcare startup, based out of Vancouver. He also previously worked at Serco Inc. while on contract with the US Patent and Trademark Office and was a Pre-Doctoral Fellow at the Center of Biomedical Research Excellence in Natural Product Neuroscience. Caleb earned a Bachelor of Arts in biochemistry and philosophy from the University of Mississippi.
