Mesirow Financial acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Primary Packaging Incorporated ("Primary Packaging" or the "Company"), a portfolio company of MCM Capital Partners, a Cleveland-based private equity firm, and DN Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm, in its sale to an affiliate of Field Ventures, LLC ("Field Ventures").

Based in Bolivar, Ohio, Primary Packaging is a flexible, fully integrated designer and manufacturer of heavy duty plastic films and bags with the ability to extrude film containing up to three layers and print up to eight colors. The Company serves leaders in the consumer non-cyclical, industrial, insulation, lawn and garden and animal products end markets. Primary Packaging has developed an excellent reputation within the industry, where it differentiates itself by providing high-quality, customized film and bag solutions on short notice.
