(“TMS”) on its sale to Pregis LLC (“Pregis”), a portfolio company of Warburg Pincus LLC and leading manufacturer of innovative protective packaging. The sale also includes the Graphic Innovators, Inc. business (“GI”) (collectively “GI / TMS” or the “Company”).

Headquartered in Elk Grove Village, IL, GI / TMS is best known for the lightweight and flexible e-commerce mailer branded as the Eco Mailer™. The curbside recyclable all-paper mailer is produced by equipment engineered by TMS which is considered the first to manufacture a product of this kind. Offering great protection and produced with circularity in mind, these cushioned mailers can be recycled in all-paper recovery systems, serving as the ideal solution for customers seeking to meet environmental objectives. The acquisition of GI / TMS will allow Pregis to add another product to its robust e-commerce product offering that supports sustainability.
