Jessica Platko is a Director in the Credit Tenant Lease and Structured Debt Products group and leads Mesirow’s public-private partnership (P3) practice.

She is responsible for providing private debt capital raising services for clients seeking high leverage financing primarily for investment grade tenanted commercial real estate and social infrastructure properties. Since joining the firm in 2017, Jessica has closed social infrastructure financings for universities, healthcare systems and various local, state and federal governmental totaling over $1 billion of primary issuance fixed income product.

Prior to joining Mesirow, Jessica served as Client Manager of Aon’s Infrastructure Solutions group, a global practice group dedicated to providing risk advisory services on P3 transactions, where she established and led the Infrastructure Solutions offering in the Pacific region. In this role, Jessica worked with top global developers on infrastructure deals in the U.S. and Australia exceeding $15 billion in project value.

Jessica earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of Michigan and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She holds the FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
