Tracey Ungaretta is Senior Vice President of Asset Management in Mesirow Institutional Real Estate Direct Investments.  She is involved in all aspects of managing the group’s real estate assets.

Tracey has over 30 years of multifamily management experience with a background that includes development, marketing, financial performance, and overall property operations. Prior to joining Mesirow, Tracey was at Greystar where she acted as a managing director for assets in the Yonkers, NY, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania markets. She had oversight of 2 Senior Directors, 2 Directors and 13 Regional Property Managers, and 80 communities in Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey. Her diversified portfolio includes lease-up and stabilized assets, and renovations with multiple components. She worked on 8 development projects, 5 lease-up projects, and capital projects in excess of $5 million.

Tracey is a member of National Apartment Association, Pennsylvania Apartment Association, and New Jersey Apartment Association. She is also is a part of New Jersey Rising stars and volunteers for Habitat for Humanity and Helping Hands.  Ms. Ungaretta received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the Rutgers University.
