Pan Yuen is a Vice President of finance in Mesirow Institutional Real Estate Direct Investments. She is responsible for portfolio analysis, financial reporting and debt compliance.

Pan has more than 20 years of accounting and analytical experience, specializing in commercial and residential real estate development and property management. Prior to joining Institutional Real Estate Direct Investments in 2012, she was a Partnership Accountant in Mesirow Accounting and Finance, where she supervised the corporate and partnership accounting operations for Real Estate development, Real Estate consulting and Sale-Leaseback. Before joining Mesirow in 2006, Pan was a Senior Project Accountant at Higgins Development Partners, where she was responsible for the financial reporting of commercial real estate development projects and property management. Prior, she worked at Ambassador Apartments, a residential property management company.

Pan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Robert Morris College and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
