Kelli Caudill serves as Director of Mesirow Investment Banking Operations. In this capacity, Kelli oversees the day-to-day operations of the Investment Banking group; she works closely with business partners at the firm, including facilities, human resources, internal audit, marketing and technology.

Further, Kelli serves as Senior Vice President, Corporate Initiatives where she works closely with leadership on strategic initiatives in Wealth Management and at the corporate level, including a role in coordinating Mesirow’s executive and governance functions.

Kelli joined Mesirow in 2005 and has held a number of positions supporting the firm’s executive leadership on strategic initiatives. In addition, Kelli worked closely in organizing the firm’s civic and community partnerships, including the firm's involvement in the Executives' Club of Chicago and World Business Chicago.

Prior to joining Mesirow, she brought 12 years of experience in business support and operations. Kelli earned her B.B.A. in finance and management from Kent State University.
