Jonathan Pedraza is a member of the investment team and is involved in all aspects of the private equity investment process.

Prior to joining Mesirow, Jonathan was the first investment banking hire for Solomon Partners’ Industrials practice in 2022. Before that, Jonathan served as an Investment Banking Analyst with J.P. Morgan’s Diversified Industries group in New York. His experience includes providing M&A, debt, and equity advisory services across the Industrial and Business Services sectors.

Jonathan is actively involved with the National Museum of Mexican Art (NMMA) where he serves as an Auxiliary Board Member for their Professional Development Committee.

Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science, with Honors, in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Gies College of Business. He was selected to participate in a joint-university program with the Grainger College of Engineering, graduating with their minor in the Hoeft T&M Engineering Program. Jonathan holds FINRA Series 79 and 63 licenses.
