Jennifer Fabri is a Managing Director in Mesirow Executive Benefit Services. In this role, she is responsible for advising executives, boards of directors and compensation committees on nonqualified plan design, plan documentation and other executive compensation and benefit matters.

Jennifer has 25 years of experience in the field of executive compensation and benefits. Prior to joining Mesirow in 2007, she was Vice President of Client Services at The Giles Organization.

Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Science from Northwestern University.
