Hilary Fife is the program manager in Mesirow Human Resources. She is focused on the overall strategy and implementation of the summer internship program. Hilary works closely with leaders across the organization to ensure Mesirow's entry-level talent strategy aligns with business objectives and continues to enhance the firm's capabilities to attract, hire and retrain from the top universities. 

Hilary has 14 years of experience in Human Resources management and project management. Prior to joining Mesirow in 2018, she worked with CME Group, a derivatives marketplace which owns and operates the Chicago Board and Trade and the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. 

Hilary earned her undergraduate degree from Michigan State University and her Masters in Human Resources Management from Loyola University Chicago.
