Francois Teissonniere is Senior Managing Director in the Office of the Chairman and is responsible for the firm’s principal activities.
Francois brings more than 20 years of experience in investment banking. He has advised or led complex public and private transactions, including domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, sales, privatizations, recapitalizations, financings, leveraged buy-outs, spin-offs and Chapter 11 processes.
Francois joined Mesirow in 2010 from Rothschild & Co. Prior than that, he was head of Investment Banking for the Americas at HSBC. Francois spent more than 10 years as a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley and at Lehman Brothers.
Francois graduated from Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Rouen and earned an MBA from New York University.
