David Fishler is a Director in Mesirow CTL and Structured Debt Products. He focuses primarily on credit opportunities involving family offices, mortgage banking firms and debt and equity placement sources.

David has a strong background in mortgage banking, construction and commercial real estate lending. Prior to joining Mesirow in 2017, he held various roles, most recently as a Senior Vice President of commercial real estate at Bank Hapoalim. Before that, David was a Senior Vice President at Berkadia Commercial Mortgage.

David is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the New York Mortgage Bankers Association. He is a New York certified Emergency Medical Technician and has served as a volunteer in his town's rescue squad for the past 28 years.

David earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Massachusetts and an Master of Business Administration from Hofstra University. He is a New York State licensed real estate broker and holds the FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
