Dan Barlow is a Vice President in Mesirow Public Finance. He serves in a multifunctional role by providing quantitative analysis and execution support for municipal clients.

Dan has 13 years of experience in public finance. Prior to joining Mesirow in 2011, he worked at H. J. Umbaugh & Associates, where he was an Independent Finance Advisor to state and local governments. He has participated in the structuring and issuance of municipal bonds and debt instruments for numerous local government issuers in the Midwest.

Dan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Andrews University.  He holds FINRA Series 7, 50, 52 and 63 licenses.
