Ashley Crotwell is a Vice President, Wealth Advisor in Mesirow Wealth Management. She specializes in helping individuals, families and business owners achieve their goals by creating customized financial and retirement plans in conjunction with team investment strategies that are uniquely tailored to fit their needs. 

Ashley has 29 years of experience in the financial services industry. Before joining Mesirow in 2025, Ashley served as a Senior Wealth Advisor at Sequoia Financial Advisors where she guided clients through investment planning, tax planning, cash flow planning, debt management and budgeting. Prior to that, she has served her clients with a broad range of experience including Lead Financial Advisor at Triad Financial Advisors, a Finance Manager, Portfolio Manager and Trust Officer. 

Ashley earned her Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Columbus State University and a Masters of Business Administration in Finance and Capital Markets from the Goizueta Business School, Emory University. She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER^® professional.
