Andrew Minkus is a Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of CTL of Mesirow Credit Tenant Lease and Structured Debt Products. He is responsible for originating and structuring senior and mezzanine debt capital primarily for clients that own commercial real estate involving strong underlying credits. Andrew also specializes in structuring public private partnership “P3” transactions along with another public sector related CTL’s.

Andrew has 17 years of experience in real estate finance and investing. Prior to joining Mesirow in 2010, he was an Acquisitions and Asset Management Associate at Lakeshore Management, where he was responsible for sourcing and structuring new acquisitions, as well as managing the overall performance of the existing portfolio. Before that, he worked as a Senior Associate for Newmark Realty Capital and was responsible for arranging commercial real estate debt on all property types through a variety of financing.

Andrew sits on the Board of the Lincoln Park Tennis Association and Volunteers for Big Brothers Big Sisters.

Andrew earned a Bachelor of Arts from Ohio State University and a Master of Business Administration from San Francisco State University. He holds the FINRA Series 7, 52 and 63 licenses.
