
Andrew Minkus is a Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of Mesirow Credit Tenant Lease (CTL) and Structured Debt Products. He drives strategic growth initiatives across the group’s product offerings and specializes in structuring complex financing solutions, including cross-border and cross-currency CTLs and direct synthetic CTLs. Andrew also played a key role in establishing the group’s social infrastructure (“P3”) product and has been instrumental in expanding its presence. Since joining Mesirow in 2010, he and the leadership team have been involved in more than $20 billion in primary issuance fixed income products.
In addition to his role within CTL and Structured Debt Products, Andrew serves on Mesirow’s Operating Committee and Capital Markets Investment Committee, contributing to the strategic direction and oversight of the business.
Before joining Mesirow, Andrew was an Acquisitions and Asset Management Associate at Lakeshore Management, a private equity firm specializing in manufactured home communities. In this role, he worked closely with the managing partner to source and structure acquisitions while managing the firm’s investment portfolio. Previously, he was a Production Associate at Newmark Realty Capital (now Gantry), a West Coast-based real estate investment bank, where he partnered with the founding partner to originate and structure more than $1 billion in commercial real estate debt.
Andrew earned a Bachelor of Arts from Ohio State University and a Master of Business Administration from San Francisco State University. He holds FINRA Series 7, 52, and 63 licenses.
